Maynidoowahdak Odena (“place where ceremonies happen”) is a 14-unit housing complex that incorporates aspects of tribal community living for individuals with disabilities and their families. Preference for occupancy is given to persons of Native American heritage, disabled households, and households that have been homeless. Applicants must meet the selection criteria, which includes a rental, credit and criminal court history, and income eligibility. Each resident works with the supportive housing services coordinator to develop a housing care advocacy plan identifying and addressing any issues that may impact their housing status.
